Frustration

So independent and capable,
You were the one in charge,
    the one everyone went to.
Now, day by day, week by week,
You are robbed of your independence.
Now you can't even spoon cereal
     and bring it to your mouth.
Now someone has to help you.
Now someone else is in charge.
What is left to life, but frustration ...
